Do you offer international shipping for physical goods?
Yes, we ship our traditional crafts worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel or reschedule an event booking?
Event bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% processing fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for both physical products and event registrations.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return physical goods within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
