Gathered in the orchards of Highgrove, the honey in this rum is made by the estate’s treasured royal bees, which forage on the terrific pollen and nectar of hawthorn flowers and fruit trees. Throughout summer, they can be found feeding on the sweet nectar of flowers and rich pastures of the Highgrove Estate. The bees reside in an old paddock, protected by Hawthorn hedges, and bounce over them on their journey to the clover fields.

This fine honey has been married with a five-year-old Jamaican Rum; the result is sumptuously sweet with tropical fruit, soft spices, caramel, creamy toffee, and vanilla—rounded by pure honey character—and toasted coconut on the finish.
